FunnelCanary is an automated, advisory website-scanning and monitoring tool. It is one layer of a responsible quality-assurance process; it is not a substitute for your own testing, judgment, professional advice, or business-continuity procedures.
No guarantee that failures will be found or prevented
FunnelCanary does not guarantee that any scan or monitor will detect, prevent, diagnose, or notify you of a broken funnel, failed opt-in, checkout problem, rejected payment, missing pixel, incorrect price, delivery failure, email failure, automation error, mobile issue, outage, security issue, legal issue, or other defect. Scans can be incomplete, delayed, blocked, wrong, unavailable, or affected by scripts, cookies, personalization, consent tools, location, device, browser, bot protection, logins, third-party services, and changes made before or after a scan. Reports may contain false positives and false negatives.
A “Clear” or high health score does not certify that a funnel is correct, compliant, operational, secure, accessible, or ready for paid traffic. A warning does not establish that a defect exists. We have no duty to monitor any funnel unless an active feature expressly says it is scheduled, and scheduled monitoring is not continuous or real-time.
You are responsible for manual verification
Before sending meaningful traffic—and regularly afterward—you should manually test the full customer journey with a controlled opt-in or test purchase. Verify landing-page presentation, forms, checkout, payment, order confirmation, product or membership access, downloads, confirmation and delivery emails, upsells, downsells, declines, refunds, analytics and advertising events, automations, mobile behavior, accessibility, privacy disclosures, and support contact details. Keep independent uptime, analytics, payment, backup, and incident-response systems appropriate for your business.
No liability for funnel or business failures
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelCanary and its owners, providers, contractors, and personnel are not liable for funnels that fail; issues the Service does not detect or report; lost or misrouted leads; failed payments; lost traffic; advertising spend; lost sales, revenue, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data; refunds, disputes, or chargebacks; customer claims; outages; or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss. Additional limits appear in the Terms of Service.
No earnings, income, or performance claims
FunnelCanary does not promise or imply that you will make money, recover revenue, gain sales or leads, improve conversion rates, receive advertising approval, reduce costs, or achieve any particular result. FunnelCanary is not a business opportunity, franchise, investment, employment offer, or “make money online” program. Any hypothetical loss, score, scenario, case example, testimonial, illustration, or statement about what a fixed funnel could do is for explanation only. It is not a guarantee, forecast, earnings claim, or representation of typical results. Your results depend on your offer, execution, audience, traffic quality, pricing, reputation, market, compliance, and many other factors outside our control.
No professional advice or compliance certification
Reports and site content are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, cybersecurity, accessibility, insurance, advertising-platform, or other professional advice. FunnelCanary does not certify compliance with any law, regulation, contract, card-network rule, accessibility standard, privacy requirement, or advertising policy. Consult qualified professionals for advice about your circumstances.
Third-party platforms
Google, Stripe, Meta, TikTok, analytics providers, payment processors, page builders, email providers, hosting companies, and other third parties are independent of FunnelCanary. Detection of a third-party tag does not prove it is configured correctly or recording data. Absence of a detected tag does not prove it is missing. We do not control or warrant third-party systems.
